The Xerox Phaser 6280 is a color laser printer designed for the small or medium office environment.  It offers built-in networking and fast speeds, at up to 25 pages per minute for color and 30 pages per minute for black.  It also have a variety of expansion options for a growing office.  Xerox 6280 toner is very economical, keeping the cost of printer toner down in your budget.

The Phaser 6280 comes in a few different varieties.  The 6280n includes built-in networking, allowing users to connect it directly to an Ethernet network for sharing among multiple computers.  The 6280dn includes networking and automatic duplexing or two-sided printing.  There is a wireless upgrade that allows the printer to connect to a WiFi network or even to act as a hub.  Its 400 mhz processor allows it to handle a large number of users.  Standard paper capacity is 400 sheets but can be expanded to a maximum of 950 sheets.  This makes it a great choice for a growing office, as it can expand to suit its changing needs.

Phaser 6280 toner cartridges use Xerox’s EA HG toner, which they claim uses smaller, more uniform particles that give more clarity and detail.  The black Xerox 6280 toner cartridge has a capacity of 7,000 pages, while the three color toners have a capacity of 5,900 pages.

Overall, the Phaser 6280 has a lot to offer a small or medium office at a very affordable price.  Printer toner is reasonably-priced, making it easy on the budget, and a number of expansion options allow it to meet the needs of an expanding office environment.
